As mentioned in our bulletin on December 17th, 2009, our dial up numbers are changing.  The old Castlegar number was turned off today.  Please switch to the new number, 250-304-2039 for continued service.

We’ve been told that the New Denver outage has been resolved. Please call if you have further difficulty.

Since this past weekend, customers have been experiencing a limited outage affecting high speed internet subscribers in the New Denver area.  Symptoms include slow internet speeds, and intermittent connectivity.  The problem has been reported and work is being done to restore service. There is presently no estimated time for completion of the repairs.

Dial-up, Email, and Web Hosting services are still online and working normally. High Speed in all other areas is also working normally.
