      Set your username to user@sbdemail.com and use your normal password. Replace the word user with your assigned username.

      To set up your computer for dial-up, use the instructions for your computer listed below:

      If your domain is example.com, use the server ftp.example.com.

      If you have a personal site, you can use ftp.secure-by-design.com.
