Common Problems connecting to SBD’s servers via FTP

When a customer can’t connect to their account via FTP, a common problem is that they are behind a firewall, and need to be using passive mode in order to connect. Please follow one of the instructional guides above to help you, read your FTP program’s help files or call our office for assistance.
