Helpful and friendly technical support is our number one priority for our valued customers. Our staff will work with you to make sure you get the most out of what the internet has to offer. Whether you get an invalid password or your modem won’t dial, we’ll help you get it going.
Live technical support is available from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST). After hours? E-mail us with details of the problem you are having to tech@secure-by-design.com and we will help you with solution within 1 business day. If you require support outside of normal hours, we can arrange to call at a time convenient to you.

Set your username to user@sbdemail.com and use your normal password. Replace the word user with your assigned username. To set up your computer for dial-up, use the instructions for your computer listed below:

Web Site FTP
If your domain is example.com, use the server ftp.example.com. If you have a personal site, you can use ftp.secure-by-design.com.
Support Policy
We provide free technical support by phone for current Windows and Apple computers as well as most Apple and Android tablets and smartphones. We also support current editions of common third party internet software as listed below. A system is current if it is still supported by its manufacturer. Support is limited to configuring the computer to access our internet service, and configuring the standard email client.

Support for older or unsupported systems is subject to a $20 + tax minimum charge for consulting. Customers using these older unsupported systems are strongly advised to upgrade. We can assist you with upgrade options for a reasonable price, including software upgrades for older computers, or help with moving your email and data files over to a new computer.
If we are unable to solve your problem by phone, you can book an appointment for us to take a look at it. The minimum charge is $20 + tax. Our technicians will provide an estimate for the cost of further work after an initial examination of your system.
